Fostering Indonesian Type Culture
Type Design Club is a learning platform that strives to promote inclusivity and accessibility to typeface design. While our primary focus is on the Indonesian typographic community, we also seek to connect and collaborate with like-minded individuals and communities in Southeast Asia. By fostering regional connections, we aim to create a supportive network that enhances the growth and development of typeface design in Indonesia.

LATIN TEXT TYPE 2024
Type Design Club akan diadakan kembali tahun ini selama 14 minggu. Peserta akan diperkenalkan dengan teori-teori dan konsep dasar type design dimulai dari sketsa hingga implementasi akhir. Melalui sesi presentasi, tanya jawab, dan kritik (instruktur & tamu), peserta diajak untuk aktif terlibat dalam diskusi dan menerapkan langsung ilmu dengan merancang sebuah typeface yang fungsional.

Building on the success of the Latin Text Type 2022 program, we are excited to expand the class for 2023. With the addition of Taufik Oktama as a guest instructor, we will introduce new and exciting material, while also welcoming Ariq Syauqi and Jo Malinis for valuable feedback sessions. Together, we will foster a spirit of exploration in the upcoming class.

JAVANESE LETTERING 2022

LATIN TEXT TYPE 2022
The Latin Text Type 2022 is a type design program that we conducted online for 12 weeks. As part of the program, we had the pleasure of hosting Sueh Li Tan (Hrftype), a distinguished type designer from Malaysia, who provided valuable feedback sessions.
